My Story
I’ve developed a broad skill set in the field of holistic nutrition and coaching, with experience educating and guiding thousands of clients from around the world during my time with Noom & Rally Health.
I am committed to helping my clients feel their best while developing a healthy relationship with food, nourishing both the body and soul. I stand by the belief that there are no food rules, using a non-diet approach with mindful eating techniques as the basis of my practice.
As a certified yoga and meditation instructor, I will help you harness the power of mindfulness so that you can thrive in any challenging environment.
Utilizing science-based diagnostic lab testing, I will create a clear and comprehensive road map for your wellness journey. We will work together to discover what foods may be causing inflammation, what foods and supplements you need to thrive and what unique sustainably healthy lifestyle works best for you.
When I'm not working with clients, you can find me chasing our young boys around the house or diving into another project. Other hobbies include yoga, hiking, scuba diving, gardening, baking, thrifting and once upon a time, reading.
